Who We Are

Now Prison Ministries is an outreach of Church In The Now and part of the non-profit (501 (c) 3) called Integrity Outreach.

Ministers, Pastors, and evangelists form Church In The Now and other ministries provide leadership planning and facilitating the scheduled events.

Pastor s Michael and Brenda Person serve as Directors supporting the faithful volunteers.

Bishop Jim Swilley, Senior Pastor of CITN, and Pastor Debye Swilley, CITN CFO, provide Spiritual and foundational financial support.

What We Do

Now Prison Ministries promotes Spiritual Growth and fellowship

              

We are committed to growth

• Church Service and Bible Study at four adult facilities each month

• One on one mentoring and fellowship with teen girls and boys in the YDC

• Pen Pals write and encourage incarcerated adults and youth  

• Angel Tree – Christmas for the children of inmates        

• Cook-outs and fun programs at 2 YDCs eight times a year 

• Fund raisers and fellowship events

• Stress Management
• Parenting
• Personal Finances
• Self-Esteem

Now Prison Ministries provides Practical Support

Soap, shampoo, lotion,toothpaste, tooth brushes, denture products, deodorant and other necessities for the incarcerated indigent.

Clothing, food, and household items for transition centers and family members

Bibles and Christian literature, tape, CD, and videos

A Christmas gifts for every resident in each facility we support.
